What does StellarTech AI do?
StellarTech AI is an AI agency from Deventer, the Netherlands. We build custom AI systems that work inside the software you already use, like Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Excel and your CRM. Think of knowledge assistants, report generators, review and pricing agents, and automation between systems. Six of our systems are live at real companies.
Which companies do you work for?
SMEs with about 15 to 500 employees, in the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of Europe. We have worked for companies in consultancy, spas and hotels, wholesale, manufacturing and engineering. Does your team do a lot of repetitive, manual or knowledge-heavy work? Then AI can most likely save you time or money.
What does AI bring an SME?
We measure it in hours and euros. A few examples. At SmartR, a project plan now takes about 80% less time. For Thermen Resorts, a pricing agent found 27 dates in 10 days of data where the price should have gone up. And at wholesaler Koskamp, we found 3,900 recoverable hours a year, worth about €77,000.
Does my team have to learn a new tool?
No. We build the AI into the software your team already uses, like Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and your CRM. Your team asks a question in Teams or replies to an email, and the AI does the rest.
How is this different from using ChatGPT or Copilot?
ChatGPT and Copilot are strong general assistants. We build systems that take over one fixed piece of work: with your data, in your house style, connected to your systems, and running by themselves. We also train teams to use ChatGPT and Claude well in their own work.
