[01] The problem

The marketing team plans its work in Trello. But cards went stale. When we started, half of the open cards were more than 96 days old.

[02] What it brings

• Every Monday each team member gets a personal task list by email. Everyone knows what to do.
• During the week, reminders for deadlines, mentions and new tasks. Tasks don’t get forgotten anymore, and more deadlines are met.
• They reply with “done”, “picked up” or “not for me”, or write a short note.
• The agent updates the card in Trello and adds the comment for them.
• Nobody has to learn a new tool. It all happens in their inbox.
