[02] What we do
Two services. One result: your capacity back.
Service 01 · AI workflows and agents
AI takes over the repetitive work.
This is what we see most often, with the share of the work AI can take over. We pick the three that bring you the most. AI makes the draft, your expert checks and signs.
Your most inefficient process isn’t on the list? No problem. If it’s manual and repetitive, we automate it.

Who you work with
Marcus van Geelen
Before AI, I ran a sales business. Over 30,000 cold calls taught me how companies really work. Then I automated about 70% of my own business with AI. Now I build the same kind of systems for other companies, with a small network of specialists. From the first call to go-live, you talk to me.

More about us →[06] Questions
Questions directors ask us.
Who is liable if the AI makes a mistake?
Your expert, just like today. Every output is a draft with its sources, and nothing goes to a client without your expert checking and signing it. We test each system on your own past projects first, so you know how good it is before you rely on it.
Where does our project and client data go?
It stays in your own Microsoft 365 or your own EU cloud account. We work under a data processing agreement, and your data is never used to train AI models.
Our IT partner is slow. Will this take months?
No. We bring a ready checklist and do one guided session of 2–3 hours with your IT partner. Minimal permissions, and no admin access for outsiders.
Our SharePoint is a mess. Do we need a big cleanup first?
No. We only check and tidy the sources the systems need. You get a clear checklist, or we do it for you in 7–10 working days.
Will my people actually use it?
The systems work inside Outlook, Teams and Word, so nobody has to learn a new program. Every group is trained in one hour, and the dashboard shows what is being used.
What happens when the AI models change?
We monitor the systems, re-test them after every model or platform update, and improve them every month. One person at StellarTech owns your systems.
Isn’t our work too specialist for AI?
The judgement is specialist. The paperwork around it is not. AI drafts in your templates and your terms, from your own past projects. Your expert adds the judgement and signs.
What does it cost?
That depends on your company and the systems you pick. After the Capacity Scan you see the price next to the hours it brings. Then you decide.
