Privacy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This statement explains which personal data StellarTech AI collects through this website and through contact with us, why we do that, and what your rights are. In short: we collect as little as possible, we don’t track you, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
StellarTech AI, Deventer, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 88935507. We are responsible for the processing described here. Questions about privacy? Email marcus@stellartechai.com or call +31 6 13 49 68 02.
What we collect, and why
- When you email or call us. Your name, email address, phone number, company and what you write or tell us. We use this to answer you and to follow up on our conversation. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering questions.
- When you book a call. Bookings run through Calendly. You give your name, email address and any answers to the questions in the booking form. We use this to plan and prepare the call. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement.
- When you visit the website. Our hosting provider receives technical data that every website receives: your IP address, browser type, the page you ask for and the time. This is needed to show you the site and to keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website. When you open the home page, your IP address is also used to look up your country, so we can show the site in Dutch or English. We do not store that.
We do not record or transcribe calls. We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
What we don’t do
- No analytics or statistics tools, and no tracking cookies.
- No advertising pixels, and no embedded social media that follows you.
- Our fonts and scripts are hosted on our own domain, so loading the site does not send your data to Google or other font services.
- We never sell or rent your data.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We set one functional cookie, lang. It remembers your language choice and lasts one year. If you use the button to pause the motion on the home page, your browser remembers that choice locally (motion-paused). Neither is used to track you, and neither needs your consent.
Calendly only loads when you choose to open the calendar on the contact page. From that moment, Calendly’s own privacy and cookie policy applies.
Who receives your data
We work with a few service providers that process data for us:
- Google Workspace (Google): email.
- Calendly: booking calls.
- Vercel: hosting of this website.
These companies are based in the United States. Where your data goes outside the European Economic Area, this happens on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details and messages as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last contact if no collaboration follows. If you become a client, we keep the data the law requires for our financial records for seven years.
Security
The website only works over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Access to our email and calendar is protected, and only we have access.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, or to send it to you in a common format. You can also object to how we use it. Email marcus@stellartechai.com. We will respond within one month.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Please let us know. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We update this statement when something changes in how we handle data. The date at the top shows the latest version.
